Inside the deepest corners of nature exists an mysterious and formidable power that no one knows about. Some have said that this is where everything began... The world is composed of the three primary colors Red, Green, and Blue; without them we live in a black and white world.

p1 p2 p3 These photos shows the steps and processes which took into place in order for me to create the final piece. This was a cloudy day(p3), and the sun is complete blocked by the clouds. As we approach dusk the atmosphere’s temperature begins to drop and the clouds get dissipated. As the sun slowing and gradually peak behind the clouds(p2), the lens flare create an interesting effect on the image, illustrating the sun as a beam instead of a dot. In the final stages of waiting(approximately 1:30 min later), we can see a pattern on beginning to appear, especially on the surface of the water; like a sword that splits the residual light of day and the coming of darkness( p1).  final piece:

Materials: Photoshop, camera Idea: The image delivers a sense of gloominess and almost a hint of death. The pole perfectly aligns with the rule of thirds grid, and the wires act as leading lines in the photo, stretching off into infinity. The birds are like watchmen scrutinizing the human world beneath. The image intends to show a perpetual cycle of nature, which in this case can be associated with the dark and ugly side of nature. New idea: I want to take my audiences with me on my journey through my love of nature, called Biophilia. The portfolio starts with low-saturation photography, closing almost to black and white, representing a gloomy and dull world. I want to convey the idea to my audiences that our perception of nature and the world around us dictates how well we can connect and taste its true beauty. B eauty is found everywhere. Our eyes do not show a lack of sense of beauty. But a lack of observation. As we progress through my pieces, we come to a moment of transformation....

Materials: iPhone camera, photoshop Process: I used the twig as a silhouette, encircling the two kids. Furthermore, I lowered the image saturation excluding the little girl, creating a contrast. Idea: The photo carries on the earlier theme(contrasting carbon-Footprint) by illustrating the main character of the photo(the little girl) as the deputy of nature or some would say the embodiment of nature, who represents a source of light and vitality in the world of black and white

"Carbon-footprints" are the amount of waste product and carbondioxide we produce and leave behind; it is currently hurting the environment on a unprecedented level. From everyday foods on our plates to the automobiles we drive to work, every step we take generates a filthy effect towards the environment. Although the effects may not seem so evident to the eye right now, if we give it enough time, it will begin to take a tremendous toll on the very creatures that showed indifference to preserving it--Us. In order to prevent the rising sea levels, extreme weathers, we ought to rectify our attitudes towards the world we live in; and rather than taking it as granted for the sake of satisfying our own conveniences and pleasures, we should safeguard it, tend it, sustain it for the sake of ourr future generations to come.  I created this piece called "Nature's Footprints." As someone who is borned in the 21st century--a generation that has experienced the effects of c...

Jellyfish Materials: camera, photoshop Process: By finding the proper lighting and perfect moment I captured the photo Jellyfishes have existed on this planet for over hundreds of millions of years on this planet, making them one of the most ancient species in existence. There are countless creatures inhabitating this earth, and on a day to day basis, unless you work in a zoo, an average person will interact with no more than a couple dozens of the species, leaving most of them out of our point of view; however, if we pay close enough attention and intentionally seek for them, we shall see. Beauty is found every where. Our eyes do not show a lack of sense of beauty. But a lack of observation.
